Molecular Weight Marker |
| Description |
The Protein Molecular
Weight marker is a mixture of 7 purified proteins supplied
in gel loading buffer for direct application to an SDS-polyacrylamide
gel (SDS-PAGE) the proteins resolve into sharp, tight
bands in the range of 14.4kDa to 116.0kDa when analyzed
by SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue
R-250.
