PvuI     PvuI is a restriction enzyme which recognizes the following sequence: CG AT▼CG GC▲TA GC Concentration   10u/μl   Reaction condition Recommended Buffer: Buffer R+ 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.5), 10mM MgCl2, 100mM KCl and 0.1mg/ml BSA.
